| 10. | Proof of Gap Year (If Required). |
| 11. | Medical Fitness Certificate(On the spot in the Institute). |
| 12. | Counter Foil/Receipt of Rs. 500/- (Of Registration). |
| 13. | Caste certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students). |
| 14. | Income certificate issued by Tehsildar/Executive Magistrate. (For SC Students). |
| 15. | Residence certificate issued by Tehsildar. (For SC Students). |
| 16. | Aadhar Card (For SC Students). |
| 17. | Photocopy of Bank Passbook. |
| 18. | Eight colored passport-sized photographs. |
| 19. | In case you pay online it is not needed to send the printout of efrom to the institute. |
