The laboratories are kept open from 9.00 AM to 4:30 PM on all working days for the effective utilization of these facilities and can be extended upto 8:00PM /10:00 PM as per student’s demand or requirements. Students are free to access Internet in the laboratories. Latest software including Windows 2007, Windows 2003 Server, Linux, Oracle8i, Oracle Developer8i, Adobe FlashCS3, Adobe PhotoShop, Visual Studio 6,Visual Studio .Net 2008 ,Ms-office 2007, JDK, Perl.
The degrees of BCA and MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) give the person a distinct advantage in the field of Information Technology. It has a great future and job opportunities are more as today’s world is a world of computers. Nothing can be done without the help of computers. Every field of society and govt. sector has job options with this. Students who opt for BCA/MCA will get skills and information not only about Computer and Information Technology but also in communication, organization and management. One also get to learn programming languages such as Java, C++, HTML, SQL, etc. Information about various computer applications and latest developments in IT and communication systems is also provided.
Eligibility (BCA) – 12th Passed with 50% marks(47.5% for SC/ST) in any stream but English should be a compulsory subject or compartment in one subject.
Eligibility (MCA) – Graduation with any stream obtained at least 50% and 47.5%(For SC/ST) having Mathematics as a compulsory subject up to 12th.
