Khandelwal, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Haryana. Dr. B.B. Tandon, former, Chairman, University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh delivered the Key Note Address. A total of 144 papers under various heads of management were presented by the participants
GGGI organized a two-day national conference on “Managing Growth in the Era of Global Pressure – 2012” on February 4th & 5th, 2012. The function was inaugurated by Mr. D. L. Sharma (Managing Director, Vardhman Threads Ltd). Mr. Kishore Chakraborti, Vice president, Consumer Insight McCann Erickson India, New Delhi was the guest of honour.

The department of electronics and communication Engineering organized one-day national conference on Recent Innovations in Electrical , Electronics and Communication Engineering on 24th November(Rieece-2012) . The Conference was organized with a lieu to bring researchers and experts from academic and industries on a common platform to discuss the latest emerging technologies in the field of Electrical and Electronics Communication Engineering. The conference was Chaired by Dr. N.D. Sharma, Dean-Faculty of Engineering, Dr. P.Kapoor, Director CSIO- Chandigarh, gave key note address.
The department of Fashion and Apparel Design, Galaxy Global Group of Institutions, Dinarpur, (Ambala) organized AICTE sponsored Two day (Feb 22nd & 23rd) National seminar on “Revival of the Traditional Indian Textiles and Crafts”. The seminar was inaugurated by Dr. Om PrakashArora, Vice- Chancellor, ManavBharti University, Solan, and Himachal Pradesh. Dr. VintiDawar, Chairperson, department of Home Science, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra was the guest of honour. As many as 113 delegates from various institutions all over India participated in this seminar. An exhibition cum sale Dharohar was exhibited during the seminar showcasing traditional textiles and crafts different states.

The Conference was held with the aim to bring together leading academicians, practicing engineers, managers, designers, researchers and makers from government, academia and private sectors.
